I highly recommend ECPS for any pest problem. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. Larry, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about all kinds of pests, their behavior, and how to prevent them.

I had a minor roach problem a few years back. The company I initially went with implied that the problem was worse than it actually was and wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for their services.

I called a different company for their opinion and Larry was the one who came to check it out. He shook his head at what the other company was saying and told me the problem was very small. He educated me on their habits and behavior and how to prevent them.

He could have easily agreed with the other company and I would have been none the wiser. But he didn’t. He was honest about my situation and was willing to answer any questions I had. The roach problem was gone that week.

Fast forward to last week, I called him about a bat that was living in my garage, driving me crazy. He was already done for the day but was more than happy to come check it out. Within an hour of calling him, the bat was removed and relocated. He even walked around the outside of the garage and educated me on what needed to be done/fixed to prevent bats from getting back in.

Both times he helped me, he made me feel like I have known him all my life. He is honest, personable, knowledgeable, passionate, and excellent at his job.

He takes a personal interest in his customers which I feel sets him apart from other companies. I am very happy he owns his own company now. I will not call anyone else but Emerald City Pest Solutions.
